Last Saturday was a special catering day for me. Not just for the fact that another child was brought to this world to be a Christian, but also for the fact that this child is very special and dear to my heart. My neighbour and good friend, theater writer and director Anna Elina, waited for this child for a long time. So I am very pleased to be the one serving for this very special occasion.
A simple but classic table setting with royal blue trimmings, held the buffet that consisted of the all time favorite: Lumpiang Shanghai (spring rolls), Vegetarian Quiche, Prawn crackers, Summer Salad, home made Malt bread, and the new addition to our menu, Kilawing Salmon (Ceviche).
